Steele Wine Dinner at the Clifton Inn

Here is a sneak peek of an upcoming wine dinner I am doing with winemaker Quincy Steele at the Clifton Inn in Charlottesville. Chef Dean Maupin, a judge at this year’s Broad Appetit, creates beautiful, seasonal food that will pair well with the lighter-style red wines of Steele vineyards.
